Coachella is still the hottest ticket in town.
Despite having a lineup that was somewhat underwhelming (at least to us), for the third consecutive year, Coachella has sold out. In fact, not only did both weekends sell out, tickets flew in warp speed.

According to the LATimes, tickets for the first weekend of Coachella sold out in less than 15 minutes. It wasn’t an easy experience for the early birds trying to cop tickets. Coachella’s Facebook was flooded with frustrated folks who said the site kept on crashing.
Most reasonably priced tickets for both weekends are gone. If you go to the official Coachella site, the only tickets you will see are the VIP Lake Eldorado camping packages, which go for 2 stacks and $5,200.
Ouch.
