DETAILS: The Weeknd Is Working On An "Insane" New Project!

In a recent interview with MTV Hive, Danny Brown revealed that he and R&B singer The Weeknd have been chit-chatting about a possible collaboration.

The "Grown Up" rapper has been buzzing in his hometown of Detroit for some time now, but ever since he graced the cover of XXL's Freshmen Class cover, his career has flown to new heights.

He's worked with everyone from The Alchemist to A$AP Rocky, and everyone in between.

When asked about his relationship with The Weeknd, Danny said:

"[The Weeknd and I] are talking about doing something, maybe for the new album. We started talking on Twitter and texting each other.... You can’t be a fan of Frank Ocean and the Weeknd. I feel like it’s a Pepsi or Coke thing: You gotta pick one, and I’m more of a Weeknd guy."

NEW MUSIC: Danny Brown "Molly Ringwald"
