Finally, Drake is beginning to speak!
SET SWAG: The Weeknd & Drake On The Set Of "The Zone"
In an exclusive interview with NahRight, Drake finally spoke about his "beef," or whatever you want to call it with Common, and whether he'll respond or not.
Besides little jabs at Common via wax and concert intermissions, Drake hasn't officially come out in response to Common's repeated "Sweet" disses.
Well, Drake let NahRight know that he won't be coming at Common directly, because in his opinion, Common is causing all this ruckus for nothing more than publicity.
NAHRIGHT: So people want to know: will you respond to Common?
Drake: "No. Because despite how it’s been worded by him that situation is not a “hip hop moment” or a “battle for the sake of musical integrity”…it’s a ploy for attention around the release of an album. More than anything it was just disappointing cause what kid isn’t a fan of what Common has done for our genre. A guy who made such an incredible career for himself based off expressing genuine feelings about life and love is now targeting me for sharing my story."

Drake definitely may have a point, Common did come at Drake conveniently during the time his album The Dreamer/The Believer was hitting store shelves.
Besides talking about his beef with Common, Drake also reveals why he rapped about Kobe and Vanessa Bryant in "Stay Schemin." Check out more of Drake's exclusive interview at NahRight.com.
