This past weekend, Shady himself called up DJ Whoo Kid’s radio show on Shade 45.
The call started out with Eminem being his usual hilarious self, acting as if it’s been a while — six years — since he’s talked with Whoo Kid. Even though they played golf a week before, something that Whoo Kid reminds the Detroit rapper.

During the show, Em speaks on various topics such as, “The Art Of Rap” documentary, the Slaughterhouse album coming out August 28th, an upcoming tour in Asia, the loss of Adam Yauch, and how the Beastie Boys were influential in him pursuing music.

Probably one of the more intriguing things Em touched on was the possibility of his upcoming album.
He doesn’t divulge too much about it, letting it be known that he’s not that far along in the process.
But one thing’s for certain, Eminem is recording and his partner in crime Dr. Dre will be involved in the making of the eighth studio album – not counting any of his collaborative efforts.
