PRACTICE! Frank Ocean Releases Grammy Rehearsals Footage (VIDEO)

At this year's Grammy Awards, Frank Ocean took home "Best Urban Contemporary Album" for Channel Orange, and an award for his collaboration with Jay-Z on "No Church In The Wild." But that was only a precursor to his performance of the song, "Forrest Gump."

Even though the R&B maverick's onstage performance was visually creative and so forth, it received a few mixed reactions here and there. Well, in response to his critics, Frank has decided to release footage - sans the yellow suit - of rehearsals that took place before the Grammys.

Practice makes perfect! But so what if you don't consider it perfect, because Frank Ocean demonstrates that he takes his craft seriously with this intimate rendition of the Channel Orange cut.
