The group has six Grammy Award nominations under their belt: Best New Artist, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Album of the Year, and Best Pop Vocal Album.

GlobalGrind's Sharon Carpenter caught up with Nate Ruess and his bandmates at the Allstate Fan Fest in New Orleans where they discussed those six Grammy noms and, oddly enough, how they're not fond of running into people backstage.

But as far as the studio, Fun. wouldn't mind working with all of the nominees for Album of the Year:

"I feel like music was really great this year. Maybe it is every year, and I just wasn't paying attention. But I feel like this year was a really special one," said Andrew Dost.
