Jay-Z Says Jay Electronica's New Album Is "Scary-Good" (VIDEO)

Just when fans were starting to give up hope, Jay-Z and Jay Electronica make major announcements about the New Orleans rapper's official debut album, Act 2: Patents Of Nobility (the turn).

Jay-Z has been promising Jay Electronica's album for some time now, and fans are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. 

Jay Electronic hopped on his Twitter to announce that Act 2: Patents Of Nobility is indeed ready by revealing the tracklist. 

Act 2: Patents Of Nobility will feature Jay-Z, Kanye West, Diddy, The-Dream and even his baby mother Erykah Badu. According to Jay-Z, Jay Electronica's debut album is "scary-good."

In an interview with MTV, Jay-Z revealed a few much needed details about Jay Electronica's new album: 

"I love that, I want to support that sort of energy. I want people to be creative and not traditional, not just a single [at] this time, this time [and] this time. He operates at his own time. The album is really close and exactly what it should be. It's amazing. Him as a lyricist is almost scary. He's scary good. I'm doing something to it that's really untraditional so we'll see how it works."
