Jay-Z has addressed the haters and naysayers who say he uses Biggie's rhymes and tries to pass them off as his own. In his song "What More Can I Say?" Jay-Z raps, "I say a B.I.G. verse/I'm only biggin' up my brother/ Biggin' up my borough/I'm big enough to do it/I'm that thorough/plus I know my own flow is foolish."
Jay also discusses his line from "The City Is Mine." Jay talks about how he uses Biggie's rhymes in a form of admiration, and how he chooses to big up Biggie.
