J.Cole gets a "Work Out" on the court in his new video. 

Shot in Brooklyn, New York, J.Cole put his ballin' and mackin' skills to the test in his new video. 

With samples from Kanye West's "Work Out Plan" and Paula Abdul's late '80s hit "Straight Up," J.Cole wanted all the hot ladies in his video to work out for him.

The North Carolina native uses all of his southern charm to woo his beautiful arm candy as he chit-chats with her on the basketball court. Talking her into attending a party with him, J.Cole and his lady muse flirt all nite long while dancing the night away. 

As the first official single off his debut solo album Cole World: The Sideline Story, "Work Out" has a fun video to match its catchy hook.
