“Wherever You Are," the next single to be released by the Young Money rapper, features the Biebs with a whole new sound: “rap-singing."

Lil Twist says:

“It’s a fun record. Justin killed it. He’s, like, rap-singing on it; another different sound for Justin.”

Slowly but surely the Biebs has been leaving some significant footprints in the hip-hop arena, having already been featured in a BET Hip-Hop Awards cypher and holding it down on his radio wave freestyles.

He’s even enlisted the help of Kanye West & Drake for his third studio album Believer.
