Kanye West is the only artist who performed at the 12.12.12. Hurricane Sandy Relief concert in New York City who is not featured on the 12.12.12. concert album.
The album is currently number one on the iTunes charts, but none of Yeezy’s tunes are on the album.
Before you call the NAACP or the Rainbow PUSH Coalition, it may have been Kanye’s decision not to be featured on the album.
The good folks at Billboard are still trying to figure out all the details, but according to their preliminary investigation, Kanye is the culprit.

People at Columbia Records, who are responsible for distributing the album, declined to comment, and so did Kanye’s reps who haven’t responded to any press inquiries.
A source told Billboard that Kanye’s ambitions to be a perfectionist may be the main reason why he’s not on the album. The “Mercy” rapper may not be satisfied with his 12.12.12. performances.
There was also speculation regarding clearance issues from music he sampled during his live performances.
There’s still no official word yet.
