Kimbella: "I Don't Wanna Give Fabolous Any 15 Minutes Of Fame"

Posted November 11, 2011 by Brittany Lewis for Global Grind Staff

Kimbella Vanderhee is VH1's hit series Love And Hip-Hop's most controversial new star, and she isn't apologizing.

Kimbella is a model, video vixen and the mother of Dipset rapper Juelz Santana's youngest son.

Ever since Kimbella revealed to fellow castmate Emily Bustamante, that she too used to date rapper Fabolous, who is the father of Emily's son, she's been launched into a whirlwind of drama.

The Love And Hip-Hop supertrailer showed fans a glimpse of a brutal fist fight she had with Jim Jones' longtime girlfriend Chrissy Lampkin and the drama doesn't stop there. Kimbella's not really on the good side of most of her castmates, but she isn't remorseful.

Instead of focusing on the drama, Kimbella is focusing on her budding pop career as a singer and actress.

GlobalGrind caught up with the feisty beauty to talk about Fabolous, Juelz, the infamous fight with Chrissy Lampkin, love, and hip-hop!

Check out the exclusive interview below!

GlobalGrind: Tell us a little bit about how you got involved with the show.

Kimbella: I was scouted by Vh1. They were looking for someone extreme. I have a relationship with Juelz Santana and we have a child together. So we have a really nice family. With my stuff that’s going on, I’m transitioning from modeling into singing and acting. I’m building my Bella brand. So it made me a good character for the show.

Would you describe yourself as being an extreme person?

An extreme person? I could be. I could be really cool and laid back. Or I could be a bombshell. So I would say I’m an extremist. Yes.
