After getting acquainted at the Pitchfork Music festival, the rest was history for Kendrick Lamar and Lady Gaga - going from labelmates to buddy, buddy.

And their friendship has given way to "PartyNauseous," a record which will be on K-Dot's much anticipated debut album good kid, m.A.A.d city.

Not too long ago, the Born This Way singer tweeted that the collaboration would drop September 6th.

However, she pretty much retracted that tweet earlier today, with an apology that read:

This isn't the first time Gaga has delved into the world of hip-hop. She appeared on Wale's Attention Deficit, on the song "Chillin."
