COOL ASS COVERS: Hear Lana Del Rey's Full Cover Of "Blue Velvet" (NEW MUSIC)

Fans got the chance to hear a snippet of Lana Del Rey's hypnotic cover of "Blue Velvet" in H&M's Fall fashion commercial, and only a few days later, the retailer has decided to leak the entire cover.

"Blue Velvet" was made popular in the 1950s, and has been covered by music greats like Tony Bennett and Bobby Vinton.

But it wasn't until David Lynch produced the 1986 classic film Blue Velvet, that the ballad was introduced to a new generation of singers.

NEW MUSIC: Lana Del Rey "Backfire"

"She wore blue velvet/Bluer than velvet was the night/Softer than satin was the light/From the stars," sings Lana. 

Lana's cover of "Blue Velvet" is rumored to be on the re-release of her debut album Born To Die, which will hit store shelves with a few new tracks in November.
