Despite health worries, court rulings and album pushbacks, the homie Lil Wayne has "No Worries." And he proved it with the release of the video for "No Worries," the banging first single off his upcoming I'm Not a Human Being ll album.
In the video, the eccentric Wayne channels the even more eccentric gonzo journalist Hunter S. Thompson.
The video borrows heavily from the 1998 Johnny Depp-led movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, which was once a book written by Thompson.
Considering that Wayne and Hunter are both known for drugging, women and boozing, the comparison is perfect.
Again, "No Worries" is the first single off I'm Not a Human Being ll, which was supposed to be out already. However, due to Wayne's health scare and other label nonsense, the album got pushed back. In an exclusive interview with MTV, the rapper revealed that the new date for the album is February 19th. Hopefully it sticks!
