Lindsay Lohan is not a happy camper and Pitbull has pissed her off!
According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan filed a lawsuit against Cuban rapper Pitbull for "defamatory" rap lyrics from his song "Give Me Everything."
We all know that Lindsay has had lots of legal trouble the past few years, and in "Give Me Everything" Pitbull referenced Lindsay's stints in jail.

The lyric in question goes a little something like this, "Hustlers move aside/so I'm tiptoeing/to keep flowin'/I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
The lyric isn't that offensive, but Lindsay has found a New York Law that protects people from having their name exploited.
Lindsay isn't only suing Pitbull, she's also suing R&B singer Ne-Yo and Afro-Jack, who have been credited as writing portions of the song.
Lindsay's lawyer released a statement:
"The lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendantsabout the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff."
Damn, Lindsay really isn't playing with this one.
Kind of feel bad for Pitbull because he isn't the only rapper who has rapped about Lindsay Lohan in jail or using drugs, but guessing that the song was a mega-hit on the dance scene, Lindsay may be tired of hearing it in the club.
Hopefully, they'll work this out without having to go to court.
