The newly signed Cash Money rapper Mystikal is heading back to the slammer in a few weeks!

Mystikal, who was released from a six year bid in 2010, has found himself in trouble and now he's headed back to prison. 

On Monday, a Louisiana district judge sentenced Mystikal back to jail after violating his probation back in February.

The "Original" rapper was arrested for misdemeanor domestic abuse charges, and according to his probation terms, Mystikal is prohibited from any police run-ins.

Judge Tony Marabella has ordered Mystikal to return to jail for another three months, before his scheduled release in late August 2012. 

Mystikal is expected to turn himself in to serve out his jail time on May 12.
