Nicki Minaj is finally back on Twitter. Nicki Minaj returned to Twitter this afternoon, but not without a grand entrance. 

Although the hip-hop queen revived her account yesterday, it wasn't until today that she began tweeting. 

Making her official "state of the union" address, Nicki saluted her 11 million followers with hugs and kisses, before getting down to business.

After welcoming a few of her Barbz, Nicki announced that her "Starships" video will premiere tomorrow. 

After Nicki's fansite illegally uploaded her whole Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded album on their site, Nicki had enough and decided to remove herself from any social networking.

Nicki debated for a little over a week if she would return to Twitter, and thankfully she decided she missed her Barbz and reinstated her account.
