Ever wonder what God sounds like?

Well, if you ask Pusha T, God’s theme song may sound similar to his Wrath Of Caine banger “Millions.”

Despite his dope dealing ways, Pusha T came from a religious home, which has played an integral part in his career. When Pusha and his brother No Malice, formerly known as Malice, burst onto the hip-hop scene as Clipse, the brother duo dropped a classic album titled Lord Willin’

Three albums and seven years later, Clipse decided to call it quits. Pusha T embarked on a solo career, while Malice changed his name to No Malice and decided to reconnect with God and religion.

Although Pusha didn’t retire to get closer to a higher power, he still remains very connected with his religion via his constant mentioning of the Lord Jesus Christ in almost all of his songs.

GlobalGrind loves Pusha, so we decided to become prayer warriors and count up how many times Pusha mentions God, Jesus, Lord, Christ, “most high,” “higher power,” Holy Ghost, praying, the Bible and any other religious term on his new mixtape Wrath Of Caine.

Out of the 11 bangers featured on Wrath Of Caine, Pusha gets religious 23 times on seven tracks. Pretty interesting numbers coming from a rapper, but that’s why we appreciate Pusha.

Pusha T’s debut album as a solo artist, My Name Is My Name, is due out later on this year.
