Hot 97's 2012 Summer Jam concert was the place to be if you were in the New York Metropolitan area yesterday.

DETAILS: Lil Wayne: "Young Money Ain't Doing Summer Jam"

Every hot hip-hop artist around took to the MetLife Stadium stage to perform for over 50,000 fans. Artists like Rick Ross, Meek Mill, Wale, J.Cole, Young Jeezy and Nas took over the stage.

Summer Jam seemed like the picture perfect concert, that is until one of Hot 97's DJs Peter Rosenberg decided to diss Nicki Minaj.

Watching the live feed from her hotel suite, Nicki Minaj got wind of the diss and decided she wasn't going to be disrespected by the organization or anyone who represents them.

Young Money's general Lil Wayne chimed on the situation and stated he was pulling Nicki Minaj and any other Young Money artists out of the concert.

Despite Lil Wayne's tweets that Young Money "ain't doing summer jam," Young Money rapper Tyga took to the stage in the early hours of the concert and stuck around for the backstage festivities.

Rap veteran Nas took Nicki's headlining spot and shocked the crowd when he brought out Lauryn Hill.

There was lots of drama at this year's Summer Jam, but it all worked out in the end.
