Taylor Swift is killing the charts, literally.
The 22-year-old country pop starlet has the whole music industry seeing red with the release of her fourth studio album, Red.
Kendrick Lamar and Taylor Swift released their albums on the same day, but according to Billboard, the Compton rapper is expected to move 200,000 units his first week, while Taylor Swift will move a little over a million.
Typically, moving 200,000 units in the first week in this digital age is great, but when you're up against "America's sweetheart," there's really no competition.
It was also announced on Tuesday that Taylor had sold 4 million singles in 24 hours.
Currently, Taylor's single "State Of Grace" remains number two on iTunes and has sold 2.2 million copies, and "I Knew You Were Trouble" has sold 156,000. "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" lands on the charts at the solid number eight spot.
Are you surprised Taylor Swift will sell a million copies in the first week?
