Machine Gun Kelly releases a video of the real message behind his Lace Up Movement, and it's deeper than any rage rap or crowd surfer could imagine. 

The message behind the movement chronicles Ryan, a handicapped fan of Machine Gun Kelly who is confined to his wheelchair. 

Upon meeting Machine Gun Kelly, Ryan promises to walk across the stage when he goes to MGK's concert. With the help of a friend, Ryan emerges from his wheelchair and eventually walks to Machine Gun Kelly, who then picks up his special fan.

After seeing Ryan walk across that stage, the water works came and the crowd went wild. 

Ryan's story is definitely inspiration and we're glad Machine Gun Kelly took the time out to share it with the world.
