First Lady Michelle Obama, accompanied by her daughters Sasha and Malia and her mom, Marian Robinson, arrived in South Africa for a week long trip!

Obama's office said the trip will be a continuation of the First Lady's effort to encourage young people at home and abroad to excerise and eat well.
