In what started out as a small group of students who started to gather at the fence on the north side of the White House, quickly turned into a sea of people, and later turned into a huge party. Cheerleaders were thrown in the sky, young professionals popped bottles and a country rejoiced over the death of the biggest villain this generation has ever known, Osama Bin Laden.

President Barack Obama announced the death of Osama Bin Laden during a late evening statement to the press in the East Room of the White House. Bin Laden has reportedly been killed just outside of Islamabad, Pakistan, almost a decade after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and his body is in possession of the United States. That is indeed reasons enough to party.
