At just four-years-old, her life was stripped from her.

VIDEO: HE HAS A NAME: Christopher Walker, Shot In The Head By Three Men Over A Chain

Rahquel Carr was fatally shot in the head and chest by what appears to be six-year-old brother. Her brother was found with the deadly weapon in his hands immediately after Carr was shot. She was airlifted to a local hospital and pronounced dead.

The shooting took place in the siblings grandparents’ white Mercedes-Benz outside of their home. It is believed that an adult was either present inside the car during the shooting, or not too far from the vehicle. Carr’s mother is allegedly the adult who was on the scene.

Police have not confirmed whether or not her brother was the actual shooter but have assumed the death of precious Rahquel was an accident. Police are now investigating the owner of the firearm and where it was located within the car. Charges have not been found.

Miami-Dade Police Detective Roy Rutland told WPLG:

“We will be looking at who the firearm belonged to, where the firearm was in the vehicle at the time, along with who was present when this child was shot.”

Rutland also claims there were two other children in the car at the time of the shooting, both under 10-years-old.
