This week’s photos are just off the wall bonkers.

We circled the globe looking for the craziest, most insane pictures we could find and we think we did.

The picture above shows 22-year-old Sain Mumtaz from Pakistan, who suffers from Proteus syndrome and has been dubbed the elephant boy.

Next we go to Yemen, where we see a woman holding her malnourished son at a therapeutic feeding center at the al-Sabyeen hospital in Sana'a.

Last but not least, we meet Abu Fida, who has an affection for his Kalashnikov collection.
