Bam Margera Arrested At Mardi Gras (DETAILS)

Bam Margera partied a little bit too much during New Orleans' Mardi Gras and ended up spending Monday night behind bars. Bam was popped by the cops for, as he puts it, “swimming in a pool with my clothes on at Mardi Gras."

In photos obtained by TMZ, you can see Bam being escorted into a police station after he was detained by three officers in the French Quarter.

As reported by TMZ:

We reached out to Bam and asked if he was officially arrested ... and he replied, "Yeah, I was swimming in a pool with my clothes on at Mardi Gras."

He added, "Not really a good story ... but that's what happened."

Sources tell us Bam was soaking wet when he was taken into custody ... and was handcuffed at the scene. 

As of today, Bam has been released and it's unclear if he was charged with a crime.

Jackasses will be, well ... jackasses.
