Roger Clinton Jr.:

Half-brother of former President Bill Clinton, born July 25, 1956, is an actor and musician (above he appears as himself in the film Fred Claus, 2007). He has appeared in TV shows; The Nanny, Sabrina: The Teenage Witch, and Cybill. 

Like Bill, Roger has been linked to scandal. Roger was given the codename, "Headache," by Secret Service for his knack for getting in trouble. 

In 2001, Roger was pardoned by President Clinton for a 1985 conviction related to cocaine, for which he had served a year in jail. The pardon removed his criminal conviction from records. Roger was then arrested a month later for drunk driving.
