What do kids love more than anything? Sesame Street's Big Bird of course!
The fluffy yellow puppet made an appearance in the White House kitchen to talk healthy eating and exercise with First Lady Michelle Obama as a part of the third anniversary for "Let's Move."
"Let's Move" is the First Lady's anti-obesity initiative that encourages kids to stay active and lead healthy lifestyles.
In the video, Big Bird looks around the kitchen, overwhelmed by the shiny appliances and food.
"Gee, I bet you can get just anything you want in this kitchen," he says.
The First Lady tells him that she prefers to reach for "healthy colorful snacks like juicy fruits and crunchy vegetables."
In another video, Big Bird takes Michelle's advice and tries to keep in shape.
"Look Mrs. Obama, I'm moving right now by jogging! And now...I'm dancing!"
The First Lady smiles and congratulates him: "Good for you, Big Bird!"
If that doesn't just make you want to get up and move (and say awwww), then maybe the FLOTUS complimenting Big Bird on his good looks will.
