A couple of days ago we reported that Bobby Brown was pulled over and arrested for driving under the influence while talking on his cell phone.

STORY: Uh Oh! Bobby Brown Arrested! 

Today, the LAPD charged Brown with a DUI and driving under a suspended license.

According to TMZ, Bobby blew a .12 blood alcohol level when he was busted on Monday just after noon.

Both offenses are misdemeanors and it looks like Bobby could face a maximum penalty of 6 months in jail or fined $1000 per offense.
