Brazilian Cannibal Empanadas:

In April OF THIS YEAR; three suspects, a husband, his wife, and his mistress were arrested in San Paolo, Brazil for killing at least two women. 

After the three killed the women; they ate parts of their bodies and used their flesh to make stuffed pastries called empanadas which they sold to friends and neighbors.

The man, Jorge Beltrao Negromonte wrote a 50 page book title the "Revelations of a Schizophrenic" where he explains that he hears voices, and is obsessed with killing women. 

They were caught when one of his accomplices got them tracked down after using a credit card of one of the victims.
