This man of South Korea is a confessed cannibal and killer of 20 people. The killings spanned from September 2003 to July 2004. 

His victims were prostitutes and wealthy old men. He claimed this was so because, "Women shouldn't be sluts, and rich people should know what they've done."

The victims were mostly beaten with a hammer and were mutilated with a knife cutting body parts for Chul to eat.

Chul was sentenced to death June 19, 2005 and sparked a large debate in South Korea over Capital Punishment.
