Peter Bryan:

Peter Bryan is currently 42 and serving a life sentence in London, England. In 1994, Bryan was arrested and incarcerated for the unlawful killing of a 20-year-old woman after beating her with a hammer.

However, after being imprisoned, his parole officer cited that he "did not present any major risks." By 2002, he was able to come and go as he pleased from a mental facility rather than being locked-up.

This proved to be an awful mistake as he was found sexually assaulting a 16-year-old female close to the hospital. In February 2004, he walked into his friend Brian Cherry's house and killed him with a hammer.

He then began cooking Cherry's brain on a frying pan. Neighbors called police after they heard screams and weapons.

When police walked in Peter remained calm and was acting as if nothing was wrong; with the brain still cooking and dinner plates with human flesh remains through the kitchen.
