TMZ is reporting that a Chad Johnson sex tape released on the popular websites Media TakeOut and WorldStarHipHop has gotten them into some hot water.

According to TMZ:

Chad's lawsuit names WorldStarHipHop and Media Takeout, claiming the two websites posted the sex footage without his consent ... footage that was allegedly stolen from him in the first place.

Chad wants unspecified damages ... plus a court order blocking the websites from posting the footage ever again.

When the video was posted late last year, the football player contacted the FBI and his lawyer, claiming someone hacked his mobile devices to obtain the video. He insists he did not release it himself.

The video, which shows Johnson with a tattooed woman, was stolen property, he said, and was taken down from the internet after he sent cease-and-desist letters to the websites.

Wow! Looks like Johnson is really mad about his johnson being all over the internet!
