According to the NY Daily News, Cantor was busted after police responded to numerous noise complaints from neighbors complaining about the loud music at the SoHo club. It was also revealed that Cantor had two outstanding warrants.
Cantor was charged with a minor noise violation and jailed for the warrants. However, NYPD sources contend that they are likely to use Cantor’s other legal woes as leverage to find out what happened on the night of the huge brawl.
So far the club has declined to comment on any aspect of the fight, which left Brown with a chunk of skin missing from his chin, his bodyguard with his head split open, and an Australian tourist needing 16 stitches to close the gash in her head.
