Tragic! Father Of 6 Year Old Aurora Shooting Victim Speaks Out (DETAILS)

Tragedy struck Thursday night when 12 moviegoers were shot and killed at a movie theater in Colorado to see the premiere of the Dark Knight Rises.

One of the victims was a 6-year-old girl, and now the father is speaking out anonymously about the tragedy.

He told his story on how he found out the news of her killing to Fox 31 Denver:

"I was called at three in the morning by a family member in New York telling me [my ex-wife] had been shot and they didn’t know where my child was."

Once he found out that she had been killed, he was later kicked out of the hospital before seeing his ex-wife for making threatening comments.

“I had to make sure she was okay,' he said. 'I’ve lost the rest of my family.”

When the news reporter told him the killer, James Holmes, was still alive, he replied:

“Hopefully not for long.”

He also shared his hopes for what will happen in the future:

“Hopefully some people at least have some common courtesy and take care of somebody who has the willpower to murder an innocent child and other innocent people.

Hopefully the law enforcement has some kind of courtesy and some kind of basic justice.”
