A California man was arrested for tattooing the words “Daddy’s Girl” on the wrist of his 14-year-old daughter. But get this…he also tattooed the logo of the gun firm Browning on her arm as well!
Victor Shane Scroggins, 39, is facing abuse charges and was arrested after police were told he was illegally inking people. He is being charged specifically for tattooing a minor, unlawful neglect of a child and not having a required certificate.

Police are now asking that customers of the non-licensed tattoo artist come forward and help them with their investigation.
Richland Sheriff Leon Lott warned people not to get tattoos on the spur of the moment.
“You should never take getting a tattoo lightly. Know the risks,” he said. “Tattoos breach the skin which means infections and other complications are possible.”
A gun logo? “Daddy’s Girl?” A 14-year-old? Yes…this is a real smh moment.
