George Zimmerman has filed a motion asking allowance to leave Seminole County, according to his legal team, citing a “deleterious effect” on his ability to assist the defense.

STORY: He’s Done! George Zimmerman Is Gone…

In the motion, Zimmerman is asking to leave Seminole County in order to meet with lawyers and pertain to other matters.

Zimmerman also wants the court to remove the restrictions requiring him to live in Seminole County.

Basically, Zimmerman wants more freedom to move around.

As for Zimmerman’s medical records, according to the Orlando Sentinel, State Prosecutors have filed a motion in response to Zimmerman’s subpoena he filed trying to block the state from viewing his medical records.

The State wants access to any tests performed on Zimmerman by his doctor, X-rays, cat scans, MRIs, as well as notes and photos, which Zimmerman has been reluctant to give.

The state contends that all medical records should be released.

The prosecutors case continues as they are expected to file a motion to an appeals court asking to allow Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. to stay on the case.

As reported by the Orlando Sentinel:

Defense attorney Mark O’Mara wants Lester gone. O’Mara alleges the Sanford judge cannot be fair because he has described Zimmerman as a manipulator and suggested that the defendant and his wife were hiding $130,000 dollars, a spare passport and were preparing to flee.

Lester rejected O’Mara’s request three weeks ago, describing the defense attorney’s motion as legally insufficient, so O’Mara filed an appeal with the Fifth District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach. That court asked prosecutors to file paperwork by today, explaining their position.

So Zimmerman wants all his medical records kept secret, he wants to leave Seminole County and he wants the judge off the case? Why does he feel he’s entitled to all these things? You killed an unarmed teen while he was walking home and you feel that you’re being mistreated?
