Clinton testified in front of a joint House and Senate panel who are investigating her agency’s actions following the attack on the consulate in Benghazi that killed a U.S. ambassador and three others.
Sources said that Clinton was expected to say that the State Department is moving forward with recommendations to avoid a repeat attack. She has already accepted full responsibility for the findings of the bipartisan Accountability Review Board, which found her office to be guilty of “systematic failures and leadership and management deficiencies” in a report last month.
