Kile Glover, son of Tameka Raymond and stepson to Usher, was pronounced brain dead after a tragic jet ski accident.
The jet ski operator who allegedly ran over Usher's stepson, Kile Glover, last year is being held responsible for the 11-year-old's death.

Jeffrey Simon Hubbard was arrested on Friday, sources say.
According to TMZ:
The District Attorney tells TMZ Hubbard was indicted for Homicide by Vessel, Serious Injury by Vessel, as well as Reckless Operation of a Vessel.
Last July, Kile suffered severe brain injuries after Hubbard's jet ski collided with him. Kile was on an inflatable raft at the time. He was hospitalized and never regained consciousness.

Hubbard is being held without bail at the time. A judge will decide if he will be released on bail this weekend.
