Damn Homie! Josh Brolin Locked Up For Public Intoxication On New Year's Day (DETAILS)

Did someone go a little too hard on New Years Eve?

According to reports, Josh Brolin who also happens to be married to actress Diane Lane, didn't even make it till midnight, gettting arrested just before the clock struck 12 in Santa Monica, California for public intoxication.

Huffington Post reports:

According to law enforcement sources, Brolin was booked into jail at 3:02 a.m. and then released at 7:14 a.m. on Jan. 2.

The 44-year-old actor, who is married to Diane Lane, paid the $250 bail and will not have to go to court since he was not given a citation for the arrest.

Sources close to Brolin tell TMZ that the "Gangster Squad" actor was partying with a couple of his good friends and simply ended up having "too much fun."

Well, hopefully Brolin sticks to a two drink minimum from now on and never has to spend NYE in jail again.
