Not expecting that? Well neither was Anishi Spencer when she took her two sons, three-year-old Jonathan and two-year-old Jacquel, to eat in one of those McDonald’s playground areas. That’s where they allegedly found the condom. And a little while later, little Jacquel coughed up a piece of the used contraceptive.
No…she’s sure it wasn’t bubblegum.

Both children had to receive medical attention and now Spencer is seeking legal action.
According to Gawker:
The lawsuit accuses McDonald’s of failing to properly keep hazardous material from areas open to children (which, should there be used condoms in parts of McDonald’s not open to children?) as well as failing to use surveillence or inspection to detect “deviant activities,” or boning, at its restaurants. Spencer is seeking at least $50,000 in damages, for negligence and to cover the children’s medical expenses.
I say she go for more…the emotional trauma of the situation is at least worth $1 million!
