Looking Busted! LL Cool J Home Intruder Appears In Court (PHOTO)

Jonathan Kirby, the 56-year-old alleged burglar who caught a beatdown from LL Cool J last week, appeared in court today to plead not guilty to the attempted robbery case.

As reported by TMZ:

The transient in question -- a man named Jonathan Kirby -- is still sporting two black eyes ... presumably from the nose-breaking punch LL delivered on the night Kirby broke into his home last week.

During the hearing, Kirby pled "not guilty" to 1st degree burglary with a person present.

As we reported, the L.A. County District Attorney charged Kirby as a 3rd strike offender, which means Kirby now faces life in prison if convicted.

Kirby's bail was set at $1.1 million and a hearing has been set for next month. Kirby is accusing of attempting to burgle LL's house, when the rapper caught him and gifted him the beating of his life!
