The death of Sylvester Stallone’s son, Sage Stallone, has been mysterious and shocking to everyone.
While it has been reported that the cause of his death was a drug overdose, more details are emerging from his death.
According to RadarOnline, prescription pill bottles were found at the scene of Sage's death, but law enforcements don’t believe it was a suicide.
A source told the site:
"I suspect he had been dead for quite a while when he was discovered. Usually medics will be at the scene for around 45 minutes but they were out of there within half an hour.”
"There were a number of prescription bottles found at the scene but it did not appear to be suicide and no note was found."
The site also heard from a friend to Sage who said that he seemed “healthy and upbeat” shortly before the time of his death.
A rep for Sylvester Stallone released a statement yesterday afternoon stating:
"Sylvester Stallone is devastated and grief-stricken over the sudden loss of his son Sage Stallone. His compassion and thoughts are with Sage's mother, Sasha. Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man. His loss will be felt forever."
We pray for the friends and family of Sage Stallone and hope that they can find solace at this horrible time.
