Yes we can! And, apparently, yes Obama will!

The lead President Obama has over Republican contender Mitt Romney is widening in three key battleground states crucial to the 2012 presidential election.

A new Quinnipiac University/CBS News/New York Times poll shows Obama has an edge on Romney by 53 percent to 43 percent support among likely voters in Ohio, 53 to 44 in Florida, and a 12 point lead in Pennsylvania.

According to the poll, Americans also prefer Obama over Romney when it comes to the economy and national security in the three states.

With all of the political gaffes and off base comments Romney has made in recent weeks, it comes as no surprise that he is suffering from the consequences in the polls and making it easier for Obama to take swing states come November.
