Patrice O'Neal died Monday night after suffering a stroke back in October. 

We last saw Patrice on Comedy Central's roast of Charlie Sheen...dude always had us laughing.

Funnyman Patrice O'Neal Suffers Life Threatening Stroke!

"Opie and Anthony" announced the death of the comedian on their Sirius Satellite Radio show. 

Opie just tweeted, "Yes it's true that our pal Patrice O'Neal has passed away. The funniest and best thinker I've ever known PERIOD." 

Patrice had been a regular on the Opie and Anthony show as well as The Office and The Chapelle Show.

He will be greatly missed. Such an incredible talent to go at such a young age.
