In the two months since his last arrest, Davis has become more ambitious in his attempts to prey on young children.

According to CBS local news, police say Davis used his cellular phone to seek out girls under the age of 12 to videotape. Police have cell phone audio recordings showing a man desperate for the attention of the children, using catcalls and laughter to entice them and win their trust.

Detective Felix Mendigutia of Hialeah Police said the cell phone videos show Davis in numerous South Florida stores approaching and videotaping children:

“This is a guy whose brazen…He’s fearless. He’s not afraid to get caught.”

Davis was so bold he approached children who were only feet away from their parents. He would use catcalls such as “psst” or “ouch” to get the attention of the children. Davis has admitted that he needs help and is currently free on bail.
