When Penelope Soto appeared before Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat for a drug charge, we’re sure the bubbly (and maybe kind of high) woman didn’t expect it to end like this!

Soto, who was arrested for possession of controlled substance on Monday, continuously flipped her hair and laughed as Judge Rodriguez-Chomat talked to her.
“This is not a club,” he can be heard saying in the video.
The judge asked her questions pertaining to her case, which included him inquiring how much her jewelry costs (exact details about the case aren’t immediately clear).
Soto replied, “Like Rick Ross.”
Um…OK.

But the real entertainment came when the judge set her bond at $10,000. Soto became upset and let loose a “f*ck you,” flipping him the bird and walking off. That’s when ish got real!
Judge: “You said [expletive] me?”
Soto: “Yes, sir, I did.”
The judge then laid down the law for being in contempt of court.
Judge: “You did say that? I find you in direct criminal contempt. Thirty days in the county jail.”
Bet she’ll think about that the next time she’s standing in front of a judge…like in 30 days!
