As reported by NBC 10:

No one was hurt but cameras rolled as firemen stood at the scene. As they were talking amongst themselves, a sound was heard from beneath the rubble. When they went to investigate, they found a man underneath. The firemen pulled the man out and took him to police.

Police tell NBC 10 they believe the man was underneath the wreckage looting and looking for items to sell, such as copper. The man was arrested and will be charged with disorderly conduct, according to police.

Police continue to investigate the cause of the collapse. People on Twitter were anticipating looting as tweets were being sent asking Hurricane Sandy when would be the best time to start looting.
