According to Think Progress:

Pastor Adrian Rodgers, a community leader in Jonesboro, Arkansas, the preliminary report on the death of Chavis Carter, the 21-year-old who allegedly shot himself while handcuffed in the back of a patrol car, is expected to come out early next week.

The report should have information on the angle and distance from which the bullet was shot, which may help clarify whether or not Carter committed suicide.

At a press conference on Wednesday, Rodgers and other members of the community expressed concern over the lack of information on the shooting. Rodgers urged the community to give the police time to investigate.

Rodgers is the Pastor at the Fullness of Joy church, he says they are working with their congregations to try and keep the situation from getting out of hand with so many unanswered questions.

The group is organizing a vigil Monday night. It'll be at 6:30 p.m. on Haltom Street, where the incident occurred.
